The article focuses on increasingly important legal issues surrounding privacy and data security including the use, with or without consent, of data; cybersecurity; cyberwarfare and the risks to privacy and the internationalization of privacy laws.

Topics covered were the new ipso facto reforms relating to companies going into administration; the unfair contracts laws for small business contracts and several decisions relating to the termination of contracts for anticipatory breach and breach of an intermediate term.
