With a wealth of experience in intellectual property and technology, Brodie assists businesses and government agencies across a wide range of intellectual property and technology matters including trade marks, designs, copyright, privacy, IT contracting, marketing and advertising compliance and infringement matters.
As well as being a lawyer, Brodie is also a registered trade marks attorney and has previously worked at IP Australia as a trade marks examiner and policy officer. Her experience at IP Australia has given Brodie valuable insight into navigating the trade mark registration process in order to successfully register trade marks despite issues identified by IP Australia.
In her spare time, Brodie enjoys keeping active by running, surfing and chasing after her young daughter. You may also catch Brodie DJing at one of Melbourne’s notorious underground nightclubs – if you’re lucky!
